Jen Kopec LMT, BCTMB has combined her extensive experience with yoga along with her various styles of massage and energy work techniques into a unique bodywork experience. Her abilities as a Forrest Yoga Instructor & Reiki practitioner allow for sensitive and focused muscular manipulations. Jen is recognized for her strong intuition and ability to discern a person’s needs. Jen’s primary treatment focus is to remain client-centered and maintain a safe space to meet clients in their current state of being. Jen encourages her clients to remain communicative throughout the session to allow for an optimal outcome. Constance Clare-Newman has studied the Alexander Technique since 1990. She graduated from ATI-SF (Frank Ottiwell, Director) in 2001 and has been teaching full time since then. Constance has taught at many performing arts organizations as well as yoga centers, workplaces and in private practice.

Constance has over thirty years of extensive experience in various movement disciplines. As a dancer, Constance performed professionally in the Bay Area in the 90’s and has studied dance techniques ranging from Hawkins to Cunningham to Corvino. As a dressage trainer, Constance taught horses and riders through the Grand Prix level.

Constance’s teaching is informed by all these disciplines, as well as her continuing education and exploration in somatic methods such as Continuum, Laban, experiential anatomy, trauma work and consciousness studies.

Constance has helped hundreds of people out of pain and into an easier, more effective and more pleasurable relationship with their bodies.
